Business/Marketing Intern

As the marketing intern, I did market research, copy work, tweeting, and the like to attract restaurant industry-related followers. On the business side, I dabbled in everything from creating an operations schematic for our apps production process to shadowing David and Felix when they talked to current and potential business partners--an unbelievable opportunity to see how business relationships are built and deals closed!

Design Intern
Working at Ordr.in this summer was an invaluable experience through which I developed my design skills while learning first-hand about the restaurant industry and the startup world. As the design, product, and production intern, I had the opportunity to create numerous wireframes and mockups of product ideas, conceive an informative and aesthetically pleasing infographic, and perform quality assurance testing on a forthcoming product. It was extremely satisfying to know that my contributions truly made a mark on the company - I was far from being "just the intern!" I feel so fortunate to have been a part of such an enthusiastic, smart, funny, and driven team and will miss everyone dearly!

While working here I have created a couple of API wrappers and a tool for easily integrating food ordering into a website. I have really enjoyed working here. The work is very interesting and the atmosphere is casual and friendly.
